A carer is a person who provides care for someone who, because of a long term illness, mental health condition, addiction, disability or old age is not able to care for themselves without support.
If you are a carer, please let us know - we may be able to help you.
Longfleet House Surgery is able to access help and advice for both carers and those they care for. The person responsible for coordinating this advice and information for the surgery is Deborah Elisa. If you would like to speak to her, please leave your details and a message for her at Reception, and she will contact you.
